Terms (summary)
- · Founding benefits apply to the first 100 merchants with a captured paid subscription (Starter, Pro, or Business). Free → paid upgrade counts; chargebacks or fraud void eligibility.
- · Lifetime price lock applies to the tax-exclusive GreenKhata plan subscription fee for your tier and billing cadence at first payment. GST is calculated and added at checkout and on each renewal as applicable under Indian law (currently 18%). Statutory tax rate changes follow published law.
- · Upgrades pay the difference at founding-era subscription rates; downgrades follow fair-use policy.
- · Certificates are issued within 7 business days of verified payment. Founder direct line is for product support — not custom development.
- · After customer #100, standard pricing and company support channels apply.
